Who we can help
This service is for any user of the Family Court system who has been let down during the past 5 years by the admin office dealing with the case.
What you need to tell us about:
In order to establish the standard and quality of service you have received, we will need to know the following:
- Type of family proceedings you were involved in, e.g. Children Act, Financial Remedies, Divorce, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees 1996, International Child Abduction
- What treatment you received from the staff at the court offices, and when.
- Dates and times where applications and correspondence was not dealt with at all, was not dealt with in a timely manner, dealt with incorrectly, provided with incorrect information. In other words, Court Office errors, mistakes and delays which had a negative impact on the progress or outcome of your case.
Who we cannot help:
Those who have never been a customer of the Family Courts in England and Wales. Those who have not signed up here for Membership.
What we do not do:
- Review and comment on Court Orders
- Review and comment on past or current case documentation between parties
- Review and comment on decisions made by a judges
- Review and comment on the conduct of judges in court
- Review and comment on the behaviour of Solicitors and Barristers
- Review and comment on Cafcass or Social Services Reports
- We do not provide legal advice.
