It was essential that the President of the Family Division was informed how HMCTS are still failing family court customers.

The office of the President of the Family Division forwards my complaint to HMCTS. I'm still waiting for any response!

So I replied as follows:

I'm afraid my response was a little curt but, I think, totally appropriate. My short, simple reply was:
